With over 20 years of experience serving customers worldwide, we have mastered the art of coating and laminating. In keeping with our core company mission to provide unparalleled customer service, you can choose from a wide range of over 300 preset colors, or we can match any color you desire. We specialize in creating custom products that fulfill any need and our 91,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility enables us to scale production to meet your requirements.

Gravure Roll Coating

Our gravure coating machines can make products that are 100% coated or have patterned coverage, up to 62” wide using aqueous acrylic, polyurethane and polyester resin-based systems.

Decorative Laminates

We are experts at creating decorative laminates as we have served this market for 28 years. Laminating film is available in almost any color and a variety of styles are available. We’re happy to take custom orders – just ask. Laminating films range in thickness between 0.00036” to 0.040” (0.36mm – 40mm)

All coating materials and adhesives are water-based and environmentally friendly.

Slitting & Rewinding

Our slitting machine is capable of rolling with core sizes of 6”, 3”, and 1-1/2”.  It can shear rolls to a  width ranging from 3/8” to 62” with roll diameters up to 35”.  

Traverse slitting and winding is available on spool faces ranging from 4” to 12” and slit widths of 3/16” to 3 /4”.
